- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I enjoyed a large serving of fantastic Vietnamese food for lunch (in retro takeaway container) at a very reasonable price. I haven't tried their coffee yet but I draw confidence from their notice informing customers that they do not steam the milk beyond 70ºC, as per their barista training, unless specially requested (much of Perth's Anglo-dominated community has a tea-drinking background and confuses beverage temperature with quality, and flavour remains a distant afterthought - it is not uncommon to pay $4.50 for a scaldingly hot, overextracted, bitter and woody yet insipid coffee).By Soren Cicchini, August 18, 2016
